For invited talks and poster contributions, an abstract has to be submitted before the deadline of March, the 20th, 2013. Submitted contributions should fall into the scope of the conference in order to be accepted. Maximum one poster contribution is allowed for one registered participant. Some poster contributions will be selected for an oral presentation. The result of the selection will be communicated between the 20th and 25th of March. Only for registered participants, abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts and the corresponding posters are admitted for presentation.


The length of the abstract is limited to one A4 page, including figures and tables. You should download one of the different templates, which contained more details on the abstract format. Recommended software are : MS Word 97-2003, MS Word 2007-10, LaTeX, and Open/Libre Office 3.x.

Uploading abstract

To upload abstract, please login to the page, using your e-mail and password sent during the registration.

Please upload all the source files, e.g. the main file (.doc, .odt or .tex) and all the figures (e.g. .eps, .jpg, .png etc.). You should also create and upload the final PDF file as the specimen. If you wish, you may pack all the files in one archive (RAR, ZIP, TAR, GZ) and upload that archive instead of uploading separate files.
